New Zealand Wide Shipping

Once an order is placed, your package is taken care of via an express CourierPost option for all orders.

Tracked express shipping is currently included in the price of all non-rural Nationwide orders. Rural deliveries are also available for a low $3 extra available in the checkout. International Shipping is also available. See below.

Our orders are processed through our warehouse based in Auckland and the team aims to dispatch either same day or day following pending how busy they are. Once dispatched, please expect the following timeframes:

North Island orders expect 1-2 business days.

South Island orders expect an extra day or two.

Stewart Island orders - never shipped there to be honest so let us know!

Please note: Public & Busy Holiday periods, alongside any border restrictions may result in a slight delay.

Once dispatched

You will be automatically sent a tracking number confirming upon dispatch. Sometimes things can happen where our NZ Post backend won't sync with the website, in such case if you don't hear anything for a few days please send us an email and we will follow this up ASAP for you.

Seperate Items, Same Order Number

Placed an order for multiple items under the same order? Where applicable, your order may be dispatched in different loads pending what it is. We will have seperate tracking numbers for each. i.e. if you place an order for a case of drinks and some merch, one item may arrive before the other.

International Shipping

We have successfully shipped our Two Rooks to all corners of the world for those eager to try! Shipping can get expensive due to the weight of our drinks, however we do subsidise this as much as we can.
